成都托馬斯科技有限公司,她地處天府之國四川成都平原,西部的經濟，政治、文化、信息、網絡、物流、貿易中心.她前身為成都自然科技責任有限公司，于2006年更名為成都托馬斯科技有限公司(英文縮寫為thomas’),她主要著于化工高分子材料以及膠粘劑產品的研發(fā),生產、銷售以及網絡運營等。托馬斯注重“以人為本”，目前，公司有兩個分廠（一分廠以民用膠粘劑為主，二廠以特種行業(yè)用膠粘劑為主）和20多位托馬斯人，其中博士研究生1名（光、機電技術），碩士研究生1名（網絡的運營）、本科8名，技術和實驗人員3名，由此她先后與四川大學、四川師范大學、北京理工大學、廈門大學的高分子材料專家有著良好的技術合作.目前產品主要覆蓋行業(yè)為電子電器、機械、路橋、隧道、水電站、水庫、水壩、建筑（舊房加固改造等）、建筑玻璃、建筑裝飾、食品、航空等,經過專家、客戶和托馬斯人的共同努力,產品銷售網絡遍部整個華北，東北、中原、華東、華南以及西南部分地區(qū),并于印度，法國、烏克蘭國家和地區(qū)有著良好的技術交流和業(yè)務往來.她秉承”以誠，以禮、“托馬斯,你精彩”的經營和服務理念,愿與有志之士共同創(chuàng)造美好的明天！ 在玻璃行業(yè)該公司主要服務于夾層玻璃膠水和無影膠水 UV玻璃油漆\鑄件修補膠等等希望新老客戶來電洽談! 聯(lián)系人 王自然 028 84118798 商務QQ569581052 E-mail natural60@126.com      夾層玻璃膠（TH0302） 　　一、 適用范圍 　　用于建筑安全玻璃、防彈玻璃、冰裂裝飾玻璃等夾層玻璃生產。 　　二、技術指標 　　外觀 　　　　　　　　　　　　透明油狀液體 　　密度（20℃）　　　　　　　　 0.90－1.10g/cm3 　　粘度(25℃)　　　　　　　　　 ≤20mPa.s 　　透射比 　　　　　　　　　　　≥80% 　　落球沖擊剝離性能 　　　　　　合格 　　耐輻射性 　　　　　　　　　　無明顯變色、氣泡及渾濁現(xiàn)象 　　貯存期 　　　　　　　　　　　12個月　　 三、性能特點： 　　本品為單組分厭氧光固化夾層玻璃膠，采用本品生產的夾層玻璃達到國家標準（GB9962-99）《夾層玻璃》所規(guī)定的性能指標要求。 夾層玻璃膠性能對比： 托馬斯牌夾層玻璃膠（THO302）    一般夾層玻璃膠 單組分，無需調膠，操作簡單，不易產生氣泡。    雙組分，需加固化劑，調配比例難以掌握，易產生氣泡。 性能穩(wěn)定，耐侯性好，長時間不變色。    耐侯性差，易變黃、起霧。 膠液無色透明，流動性好，使用方便，易于儲存。    流動性差，不易灌膠。 光固化，無需加熱等設備，成本低廉。    部分膠水需加熱固化，增加成本。 粘接力強，成品抗沖擊性好，完全達到國家規(guī)定標準。     一般濕法生產的產品，強度較差， 易脫膠。 四、使用方法 　　1、清洗：用丙酮擦洗干凈并晾干。 　　 2、圍邊：將膠液浸潤過的PVB膠片條（3-5MM寬度）嵌入上下兩片玻璃的四周，形成空腔，用鋏子夾緊。圍邊時，預留灌膠口以備灌膠。      3、灌膠：將已脫氣的膠液通過薄膜袋緩緩注入空腔中，灌注膠液結束后靜置6-8分鐘。 　　4、排氣：在靜置后，輕輕敲打玻璃，施加一定壓力，盡量排出溶于膠液中的空氣，逐步放平玻璃，迅速封口，夾緊固定。 　 　 6、固化：仔細檢查無氣泡后，將已灌注的夾層玻璃水平放置于陽光下（或紫光燈下）照射，（30分鐘左右可以移動鋏子的位置以便有足夠的光線照射讓其固化）待其固化即可。 a 五、注意事項 　　1、本品須采用新鮮的浮法玻璃，密封條采用 PUB 膜或本廠出品的夾層玻璃膠密封膠條。 　　2、盡量排出氣泡，特別是密封條邊沿處的微氣泡。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有氣泡每喲撲排出可以立即加膠或者抽氣。 　　3、當氣溫較高（大于30℃）時，在日光下不宜曝曬時間過長（小于90分鐘），以防反應過于劇烈而扯裂玻璃。 　　4、膠液應避光于陰涼通風處保存。 　　另外我公司有彩色夾膠水和PUB膠條 該版權為托馬斯科技所有2005-2006 Casting mending Glue (THO320) A.    Summary: This production is modified acrylic ester adhesive of bicomponent. It is solidified at normal temperature and is very convenient to use. B.    Sphere of application: It can be applied to mend all kinds of defected region of casting, such as leakage mending for the micropore of the casting , scratch and pad mending for the pithole, hole, welding cracks, and so on. C.    Properties: a.    appearance: light colored transparent thick and adhesive liquid b.    solidification time: 24hours solidification at 25℃ c.    good adhesive ability and high strength of bond to the castings d.    It is very convenient for mending with low adhesive degree and good fluidity e.    It has good property of bearing medium and can bear water, oil, acid, and alcohol solvent. f.    Safe and poisonous properties: It has slight peculiar smell but without danger if being breathed . When the liquid cement solidifies there is in fact no poison in it. g.    This production has good storage stability and the storage period is 12 months. The main technical performance indexes are as follows: Confines of temperature: －30℃---＋110℃ Adhesive strength  tensile strength: ≥20Mpa D. Methods of application: 1.    Clean the defected region of casting 2.    Mix Glue A and Glue B according to the proportion of 10: 0.5－1.5 until smooth and infuse it into pit holes or micropores and place the casting for 24 hours 3.    For large defects of the casting, you can mix the liquid cement with certain amount of padding (such as talcum powder, iron powder, aluminum powder or bronze powder) and mend them by scratching and extruding. E. Notice: 1.    Adjust the amount of Glue B can change the speed of solidification. Glue A and B can be adjusted at the range of 10: 0.5 －1.5 . If Glue B is more than Glue A, the speed of solidification will be quickened, on the other hand , it will be slowed down. The effect of adhesive will be affected if the proportion goes beyond. 2.    Temperature has some effect on the speed of solidification. High temperature will speed up solidification, while low temperature will slow down solidification. 3.    The application period of the mixed liquid cement is about 30 minutes at normal temperature, so it is not suitable to mix too much adhesive at one time. 4.    Tools for getting the glue can not be mixed. Clean the skin with soap water at once if it touches some glue. 5.    The operating environment must be well-ventilated.
